I think it's a myth that you can't have a great scene haircut with a round face. It's probably cause all the pictures show ultra-skinny girls. But "scene" really is more about attitude than one particular haircut. And one of the main features of scene hair is some kind of side swept bangs and you definitely have plenty of length for this style. Longer hair on the sides of your face will makes your face look longer and more angular, and if you add layers and spike up the back, I think it would look really cool. And another thing is your hair CURLY if so I dont really know if it will work but you can always straighten it for a while:) You have the perfect length hair for it too. You should try to put your hair always on your shoulders , your face will look smaller, try not to tight up your hair cause your face will look very fat
