You can definitely rock the scarf look in the summer. Floral scarves are cute and summer colors are generally orange, yellow, red and pink. But I suggest Floral with a nice, cool blue and light pink with a tank top. I think blue and pink would be nice because they're cooling colors and they make you feel like it's not soooooo hot. However when it rains, a blouse or a cardigan is the way to go.
