Idk about rubber boots but some moccasins or some gladiator sandals will look nice. Even those thong sandals will look nice. Pair with a fringed bag and ur good to go! :D

I, personally don't like rubber boots but if you found a look that you like go for it! (: I agree with the cowboy boots though! Or combat boots!
