personaly, I think the ombre hair looks better on medium or short hair! so id say go for it:) Just make sure your sister knows what shes doing because i got the ombre and it didnt look that good:( GOODLUCK:)

Oh definitely. I agree with MusicQS that short or medium hair is really best for ombre coloring. Here are some pictures to help get started. I absolutely adore Drew Barrymore's hair. Isn't she just darling.

Oh one more point. If possible have your sister get it done professionally. It can be really hard to do unless she or a friend know what they're doing with hair color.
