Someone told me that if I stop eating after 6 pm I could lose more weight...what do you think? Thanks for any advice...

lol that's silly. not necessarily true at all. You shouldn't eat within 2 hours of going to bed though because you can gain weight because the fat gets stored in your body over night due to the lack of excersize, hope I helped!

No,that is just an old wives tale.Just eat healthier and excersize more.I know,you have heard it all before but it does make a difference
