Somebody told me about an apple crash diet when you eat apples for 3 days in a row. I want to get rid of at least 2-3 pounds in the shortest time. Could I do it with this diet?

Have you....done research on what you're about to do to your body? Crash diets are extremely dangerous and they don't work in the long run.
"With a crash diet, you effectively trick yourself into feeling less hungry by eating one or a limited set of healthy items. And well and good if your goal is to fit into a tux for a wedding four weeks from now — as long as you have no illusions of fitting into that tux a second time. Your body often interprets the reduced food intake as starvation. The body’s self-preservation mechanisms kick in and as a result, your metabolism — the chemical process that, among other things, breaks down food and turns into energy — can slow down or go into shock. Then when the new, trimmer you goes back to something approaching your normal diet, the sluggish metabolism makes it easy to regain all that weight -- and more."
When you lose the weight it will probably diminish from the areas you would like to retain it the most, the breasts, etc and when it finally comes back (which it will) the weight will end up going in odd places.

Well i dont know if i would ONLY eat apples, that sounds like not enough salt and sugar and what not. But every day in school i ate an apple and i didnt get sick all year, i felt more energized, and my skin looked healthy, so i do recommend apples but i wouldn`t just to be sure there were no bad side effects
