personally.i dont think so...Green or hazel would look more natural, with your skin tone and hair color it would be pretty obvious they are contacts..

I actually have ALOT of girls at my school that have similar skintone and hair color and they pull off the blue and they also have the dark brown eyes so I definitely say yes (: They will definitely stick out and look super cute But then again, I'm pretty out there (I want to get violet ones lol) But green would also look amazing and blend in more (:

I think you could definitely try the blue contacts.....you'll look like a real feline.....black hair looks gorgeous with blue eyes....go for it!
