take honey and sugar and put on lips, then take a plain toothbrush with hot water and rub on lips next peel off any excess dead skin then rub on lip balm or something.

Neutrogena lip balm is fabulous. And it comes clear or in colors. I get chapped lips in the winter and this really worked for me. I guarantee you'll love it and the chapping will go away or at least improve.

I believe you brush your every morning? So just use your toothbrush to rub your lips gently and try using the tinted lipbalm from maybelline if you want a hint of color. And apply every time the balm is not on your lips anymore since it's being absorbed. IT REALLY HELPS. Or if you don't have it then try just the lipbalms you usually use. Don't always use lipstick.
