First things first, make sure you have control, you may think you do but this type of weight loss can lead to anorexia and other eating disorders. Don't push your body to hard take it slow! Trying to burn more calories than your intake level is dangerous, and you will most likely put all the weight back on very quickly. Try and make an exercise routine you can stick to, don't stop eating just eat in moderation and remember to keep up fluids. Good Luck :)

Am I losing too much wheight too Fast?
So I'm over whieght and really tall and I'm addicted to sports. I wheigh alot, like a lot! and i'm 5'8. I've been cutting what I eat and Excersising a lot. The Past 3 days I've lost 6 pounds. I sevarly sprained my ankle so I can't run until next week but i'm doing whieghts and sit ups. I'm doing all of this to get in shape for volleyball. I'm kinda worried cuz I'm not eating much and working out a bunch. Today I've selpt 15 hours and my mom said I looked sick so i didn't go to school. Should I stop doing this or keep going? (P.S. i still kinda wanna do this! Any tips??) Please help me, Thank you :) ~Love Molly D
