You don't audition for Victoria Secret .... You have to be in a legitimate agency and then the agency recommends you and they will decide. By legitimate agency, I mean you'll have a better chance at being chosen to be a VS model if you're under a well known modelling agency not a boutique agency. However, the competition is tough. You have to have a phenomenal portfolio...

silence_ is right, best thing for you to do is find your local modelling agency, talk to them, and see what they say. All VictoriaSecret lingerie models have been modelling for years, and they are famous already. Or, get a job at VictoriaSecret near you, and try to work your way from the bottom to the top. xo
