The best thing you can do in this situation? don't try to be better then her because she'll just look like the fool that's trying to hard. I'm sure you do your hair just fine! lol but I always youtube videos, so maybe you should give it a try too (: My favorite youtube person for hair is bebexo you should definitely check out her videos! I love pretty much all of them (: Boob size? I have friends that have none at all to friends that have big boobs, like I do and I personally, hate it -.- boob size does not matter, by the things she says it seems like more people like you more then her because she judges too much, don't try to compete, tell her that those things don't matter to you if you want to bother her, because it always does and eventually they will stop because she will see that those things don't effect you! Like vampkiss said,I'm sure you do your hair fine.But so what if she can do some stuff better than you and vice versa.It doesn't matter,so just ignore it,you know you can do your hair good,and have bigger boobs that's it.Hmm,I don't know why girls have a thing to have bigger boobs,I have bigger than most of my friends,and they're always whining "We want your boobs,give me just one etc" and sometimes I tease them,but we're just kidding.And it's not always easy,sometimes I can't buy a shirt,cuz it's too tight,and I have a smaller waist,so I can't buy bigger size -.-

She seems a little jealous. Even if she doesn't realize it while saying it, she must be a little insecure and maybe jealous of you if she has to point out what she has and you don't. It must really be on her mind so making you feel bad about it gives her a feel of dominance. Don't listen to her, she looks stupid if she's saying her boobs are bigger when yours obviously are!! For cute hairstyles, I suggest to braid (french braid) you bangs to the side of you head, a lot of people do it. Or french braid your hair normally if you think it looks cute on you.
