that is exactly like me :) im very tan and brown eyes... i use very natural colors, like brown light blue and green... the best idea that i get the most complements on is:

first take an eye lash curler and curl the top lashes, then to put on some light blue eye shadow (cover girl) and on the inner and outer rims around the eyes but some liguid gold eye shadow (nars) then use that eye shadow and put it under ur eye(like eye liner[use thin brush]) then put on 3 coats of mascara (cover girl lash blast), 2 coats in front and one in back. then use that same mascara on ur bottom lashes... its very simple to do... it stands out yet looks shimmary and hott ;)....



another option is to just do what i said b4 but dont use and eye shadow just mascara

you should try using pinks and browns and try greens and blues if you want too.



for eye liner i would only apply to the bottom if you want a natural look. i use cover girl but its not a pencil.



and for mascara i use a lot because i dont have thick eye lashes but i use maybeline colosol volume it just depends but i like maybeline mascara over covergirl



also for eyeliner using liquid eyeliner can be tricky so start with pencil and maybe switch to other types of eyeliners.



i use covergirl powder foundation and i also like the maybeline mineral powder.



i usually dont use blush or bronzer it just depends on how much foundation i have on. but try powder blush sometimes they come in packs with the maybeline powder but dont use alot for covergirl try and stick with a medium color dont go too light since your tan but dont go to dark.

I usually just go for a little bit of mascara and eyeliner (bottom for the eyeliner) and a tad of blush :D Hope I helped!

If you want to start wearing a base/foundation, try a mineral make up that won't be bad for your skin and will look more natural like, Maybelline Natural Perfecting Foundation in liquid or powder form. Also, a neutral color shadow, like a beige or brown and some mascara would look nice.

well if you have like blemishes,scars,or imperfections like that start off with concealing where areas tend to be red on your face,then foundation(lightly n matching skintone)

then a loose powder for a natural look

ur face will look clean,n flawless

for lips where a nude gloss or rasberry too make teeth look whiter

depends if more maekup on eyes lips should b neutral but strong lips mean neutral eyes

highlight areas like tip of nose,browbone,forehead,n jawline

ok if you want add blush but like a soft pink or true plum on apples of cheek

for eyes use shimmer or soft colours so they're not dramatic n draw attention such as this:

apply eye primer on lids,light brown on crease,then dark brown,blend

,highlight browbone with a gold shimmer colour

,eyeliner on top lid(black),bottom pencil(dark brown)

lastly mascara!(:

Just don't wear makeup upto your eyebrow line.

And when you do wear eyeshadow, fade two colors, and put a darker one in the corner.

And shimmery colors look awesome.

When you do wear make up put a light neutral skin type color along the bottom of your eyebrow line so it looks more arched and it looks a lot better when people do that, trust me. [:
