look to pastas and breads. but you also have to do exercises that keep everything else in line. don't go overboard and just eat like crazy, eat a balance diet. squats, lunges, and kickbacks can give you a nice lifted derriere. just eating foods will give you a big everything and that's not what you want, you have to stay toned in the process.
