you can actually use a bit of elemers white glue (wait for it to get sticky before you try to apply them) or a bit of hot glue from a glue gun (wait for it to cool but still be sticky before you put it on your skin)

If I were you... I would just see if any of your friends have some eyelash glue. I would not put anything else near my eyes that are not safe...or not made to be near them.

Don't use anything else hun. You only got one pair of eyes :)

If you can't buy it now then buy it later when you've the money.
