For eye shadow you ill need: light blue, dark blue, white, black and possibly gray. but i wouldnt bother too much on the last one :) apply the dark blue on your eylid and then put it on the inside of your eye (where etars fall)and NOT TO THICKLY drag it underneath your eye. add light blue to the end of your eye and around the top of your eyelid andd again NOT TO THICKLY drag underneath eye. by this time get a smoother brush of somesort and fade the colours together, so it looks like they fade into eachother. then apply black to the top half and just over your eyelid. fade it into the other by brushing UPWARDS. get the white and apply it by your eyebrow and above the black add white to the tear dux part and drag underneath, use brush to finish off XD

take a dark blue and apply in on your lids and half way accross you'r bottom lashline (ending in line with your pupil) then take a lighter blue and apply it on the inner corner of your eye where the tear duct is, also place it on top of the dark blue shadow on the lower lash line. take the black and a fluffy blending brush and apply it in the crease of your eye (where your browbone starts.) and take what's left on your brush (don't apply anymore) and put it in the outer corner of your eye. wipe of the brush or get a clean one and softly blend the harsh edges out. then take a highlight colour ( white or a creamy coloured shadow) and apply it underneath your eybrow focusing on where your eyebrow arches or curves. then take a black eyeliner and apply it to you waterline top and bottom. then curl your lashes and take a volumising mascara and apply it. then optionally you can fill in your eyebrows with either a shadow that matches your brows or a brow pencil.
