I don't think you can go wrong with red because red is a great color for darker skin, at least I think so. Also darker orange or purplish shades like plum can look awesome. I think I would avoid pale shades like pink. And a lot of sites recommend browns, but for some reason brown shades look dull to me.

It actually looks very nice. It looks like red, but you could even go a shade or two brighter and still look great. Of course, the fact that you're pretty helps a lot :)))))

Can anyone give tips for a darker skin toned girl to buy lipstick?
I am trying out lipstick shades and I have no idea what looks good cause I'm darker and even when I buy lipstick I wonder if it suits my face, I added a pic to show an example of a lipstick colour I just bought, please comment on if it looks good bad or terrifying :/
