Maybelline has released, for the third year in a row, a limited edition calendar. Take a look to the Maybelline New York 2011 Calendar and enjoy the stunning colors that perfectly reflect the Maybelline girl.

Gorgeous, luxurious colors, glowing faces and twelve different, yet fabulous personalities describe the new calendar of the famous American makeup brand Maybelline.

This is the third year in a row when Maybelline New York releases a limited edition calendar containing spectacular, colorful photos that draw their inspiration from the cosmopolitanism specific to the beautiful NYC lifestyle.

Models Erin Wasson, Julia Stegner, Emily DiDonato, Jessica White, Shui Pei-Qin, Lisalla Montenegro and Charlotte Kemp Muhl are the main characters who star in the new calendar shot at Pier 59 Studios in New York, and photographed by Kenneth Willardt into their own small worlds full of sparkles and rainbow colors.


This unique calendar shows special images of the Maybelline girl, characterized by a modern and glamorous style, and put into various situations, from the sport, '80s-inspired girl to the sexy wife and mom. The twelve different faces wearing Maybelline makeup represent the reflection of all the various personalities, from the sensitive artist and the sweet, dreaming type to the busy cook by day and sophisticated lover by night.

Once again, this project has enjoyed the total support of a really talented and creative team of professionals in art, fashion and beauty, such as Charlotte Willer, Maybelline's Global Make Up Artist, Kenneth Willardt (photographer), Michael Angel (designer) and Stéphane Lancien (stylist).


Models flaunt flawless and glowing faces due to the new makeup base Maybelline Dream Creamy and the Dream Touch Blush. For the eyelids, gorgeous eyeshadows were used, which are specially created with silk pigments in order to bring luminosity and an ultimate silky eyeshadow texture. Maybelline Falsies Black Drama Mascara was the final touch that completed the eye makeup.

Captivating and crisp shades were used for the lips starting with the nourishing Color Sensational lipstick, which confers a matte aspect and intensifies the lip color. On the other hand, for a glossy shine and luscious lips, yet perfect coverage, Color Sensational Gloss was applied, which adds a luxurious and sophisticated touch.
