I think that you should cut it just a bit under your shoulders, The straight bangs and the uneven cut would give you a really mature look and atitude, it's really trendy. Check the 1st picture, i love that haircut. Also, in my country the newest fashion is clean cuts, it gives you a formal yet sassy attitude, as shown in the 2nd picture. .
