The best thing I can reccommend is use volumizing products. Volumizing hairspray, shampoo, conditioner, mousse, volumizing powder. That's a lot of volume in that picture so try those things. I heard Aussie makes a good volumizing shampoo and conditioner

You should use volumizing spray....yeah...

blow dry it out! I don't think you really need to use a lot of money on volumizing shampoo, conditioner and such. Blow dry your hair upside down and add molding wax by running your fingers through the roots of your hair while upside down flip. Add hairspray to your roots also! then flip your hair back up and hairspray :P

Try putting the mousse in while your hair is wet and blow dry your hair upside down, the hairspray is a hit and miss because different things work for different people. Not your mothers and Got2B make good volumizing powders. If all else fails, tease you hair.
