It'll be a hassle to grow it out evenly, but it honestly doesn't look that bad. If you guy are only upset that one side is cut short, then you'll get over it. It's hair afterall, it grows.. I think if you added more volume to the top of your head and curled the ends, it would look even better.
Learn to style your hair, the bangs will enhance the look tenfold. Braids and curls will be your best options. I recommend binosusume on youtube for hairstyle tutorials.

You can use headband for the time being? That's what I did when I faced this problem.
I also heard olive oil helps to speed up the growth so you may want to try it. And don't shampoo your hair too much. Natural oil works great as well.

Wow...why do you say that....It looks actually nice...trust me...it suits your face shape perfectly. If you're not satisfied use hairpins or headbands or fringebraiding to hide your bangs. Still I think you should were it naturall with an updo and more tousled hairstyle to create a natural and voluminous feel to your fringe.....:)

It looks fine you just need some more layers and make it not so stuck to your head....But if you really hate it that much you could always go get it fixed perfessionaly or just wear headbands or braid your bangs back. Theres tons of youtube videos
