Part your hair wear you getting them after you get out of the shower. Also after you get the cut take a blow dryer to them while your hair is damp and style them into place.

going to get scene bangs again
im gonna get scene bangs again but i've had my hair parted in the side for a while so how do i train it to look like the pics i have i don't want my hair to look too thin though so how do i get these bangs without thinning out my hair? please give any tips you have. thanks :)
