I walk A LOT. I walk all over my town and I'm losing weight but not enough. What else should I do?

Maybe you should consider making some changes on your nutrition plan. Eliminate the super unhealthy stuff and you'll have more energy to put into walking, or you could take up another activity. Any sport, fitness class, whatever you prefer. Let me know if you want some tips on the nutrition part.

Try to make sure you eat healthily and like cute_wonderful_blondie said try to take up a sport or something. You could also try to help around the house more as doing chores helps you get more exercise x

Walking is a great way to keep in shape and lose a bit of unwanted weight. Make sure that your heart rate (the number of times your heart beats per minute) is around 130, for your age this is the best rate at which your body will burn fat to make energy, to reach 130bpm walk briskly and alternate short bursts of speed with slow strolling paces. Caffeine is also a great chemical that tricks your body into burning fat instead of muscle after a workout but don't overdo it! Diet along with exercise is critical to losing weight. Try to regulate the number of calories you eat to an average of 1,300/1,800 per day. Limit the amount of saturated fats that you eat and try to reduce your salt & sugar intake. If you get peckish during meals drink water and consider eating high bran cereal bars as an alternative to chocolate and cakes. I hope this helps. Best of luck.

Not mixing carbs and proteins, you can reduce the amount of pasta, pastries and sweets in your nutritional plan too....it worked for me...

Hello,
Run up 8 times a day.
Drink plenty of water.
Dancing is a good way to lose weight too.
Drink plenty of water.
Take a green tea.
Eat fruit and veggies.
Try to exercise at least an hour a day.
It really helps.
