Today I had in all honesty.
3 spoons of potato soup ( a regular spoon you eat with)
a small peice of steak ( maybe 1inch by 1/3 centimeter?)
a spoon of cookie dough
a glass of coke zero
I ran 3 miles today
I feel like it was so so much food :( Is there any way i can loose weight by tomorrow?

You need to be eating a lot more than this per day and your daily diet should be well-balanced (fruits, veggies, protein, carbs). I would strongly encourage you to see a doctor. If you are not already aware these are signs of an eating disorder, the fact that you are concerned you ate too much is especially concerning. Eating like this will cause you to lose weight in an unhealthy way and can lead to incredibly severe complications including death.
You need to eat more, and you can eat more. Why do you feel like you need to lose weight? Who are you even losing the weight for? Are you happy with yourself Pay ? and if you are , why not eat? More than anything, you need to find out what emotional problems are causing all of this and it can only be done through support and therapy. Don't let your struggle become your identity...please search out all the help you can find, and try your best to overcome your ED. It's not a bad thing to gain weight, it's never a bad thing, please try to convince yourself of that. For now , try to eat more, slowly, food is very important for your survival. The National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) Basically the go-to ED awareness non-profit. They organize a lot of sponsored walks and fundraisers, and you can contact them to be a volunteer!
The Eating Disorders Coalition (EDC) Their focus is on making eating disorders a federally recognized health priority, i.e. getting funding for eating disorder awareness, passing legislature to protect and aid those suffering or in recovery, etc.
ANRED Basically all the information you could need about various eating disorders. Really comprehensive stuff, and it’s well-organized.

Well you definitely need to eat more. One thing is everything that you ate is not good and healthy for your body. Try eating healthier and at least take in 1200 calories. Changing what you eat will help you lose weight.

No.. Too much food is 3 burgers fried twinkies 6 pancakes a box of oreos and a tbone steak! ..My xousin had that one day
that is definately not too much food! i agree with jessd.... eating more but healthier would be important...particularly if you are getting a lot of exercise.
Definatley not Your actually supposed to eat Alot more than that

That is too little to eat. U need to eat more. That is not healthy, and u are really skinny already.

honey, you know damn well that's not enough.
like this pretty blatantly says you have an eating disorder. you don't have to disguise it with a question.
but that's okay. its not a bad thing. i eat less then that at most times, and i know its not enough. but if you actually need to ask if its "too much" you need to seriously look at yourself and ask if you're going to judge your life by what u eat,
or if you're going to love what you look like now.
you're skinny. I'm pretty sure you know that. if you don't, then get help.

It probably only felt like alot because of the variety, but you should be eating more, you are very pretty and have no reason to be self conscious about your weight. I dont know if this is average or less then what u usually eat but i do recommend if you do feel like your eating alot of anything eat alot of vegetables and fruit, they are healthy with protein and its usualyy OK to eat a good ammount :)
