Before eating a meal, drink a class of water so you don't over eat and make sure to include plenty of protein in your meals as they're more filling and satisfying. Start doing 20 jumping jacks, 15 crunches, 10 squats, and 5 push ups everyday too. Hope I helped and good luck!

I would like to lose weight, not much around 5-10 kilos. Any good tips?
I'm 164cm tall and weight 60kilos. I would like to lose it before i go back to school which is about 6 weeks away. I know that's not a long time but it'll really help me confidence wise. I live with a big family and half of them think i should lose weight while the other half don't. It's really hard because i don't want to them to fight or anything, so maybe some things you suggest can be done in the privicy of my room away from prying eyes. Any advice would be great.
