My Sweet 16 is in 4 months and I need to lose about 20 pounds before then so I can get my dress. Anyone feel like sharing a success story or tips? Thanks

I followed the 90 days diet and I were able to lose yeah,....20 pounds or more....:) my sister, my brother-and-law his sister all joined the program and it was fabulous......
I have problems with my weight too. What I've always done is just cut down to 1200 calories per day and tried to exercise. that will make you lose about 3 pounds a week which is a good start.

i lost 18lbs in a month on this crzy diet. but i had to take diet pills and was only allowed 10grams of fat and carbs a day. it was horrible. BUT... i did learn one thing: Cut down drastically on your carbs. drink lots of water and exercise a few times a week. You can eat anything in moderation as long as u exercise and watch your fat/carb intake =) Good luck!
