How do I tighten up my legs, butt, and tummy or lose some weight in my butt and thighs and lower tummy

ugk! im in the same boat with you :(.... what im deciding to do now is so go to the gym everyday WITH FREINDS (makes it easier to get the flow). what i do is get on the tredmill and walk rele fast (cuz im not a runner).
or you can (at home) lay on your pack and have your legs at a slight bend and do mini sit ups, dont come all the way up.
seventeen magazine has great work outs, you can do them between commercials or anytime. :) hope i helped

i know if you do the tention thing i've mentioned before you can tighten up your muscles
all day during school you tighten and hold your muscles for a few seconds to a few mins then you release and relax then just do it again. when ever you think about it do it. you don't have to do it all the time to work
but it did help me tighten my belly back in school

Dancing!I know it sounds weird but I've heard dancing can help tighten up your muscles and tone up your body.I really hope that helps a little.b-)
