ugk! im in the same boat with you :(.... what im deciding to do now is so go to the gym everyday WITH FREINDS (makes it easier to get the flow). what i do is get on the tredmill and walk rele fast (cuz im not a runner).
or you can (at home) lay on your pack and have your legs at a slight bend and do mini sit ups, dont come all the way up.
seventeen magazine has great work outs, you can do them between commercials or anytime. :) hope i helped
