Sweet & Low Local
Ingredients: 2 oz. Camarena Silver Tequila, 1/2 lemon, quartered, 8 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener, 3 oz. soda water. Garnish: lemon wedge.
Muddle lemon, mint, and sweetener in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila and ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Strawberry-Citrus Vodka Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 strawberries, 1 sprig of mint, 3/4 ounce light agave nectar, 1 3/4 ounces citrus vodka, 3/4 ounce lemon juice.
In a shaker, muddle together mint and strawberries, add the remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice for 20 seconds. Pour entire contents of shaker into a tall glass including all of the mint and strawberry pulp.
Fruity White Sangria
Ingredients: 12-oz. can mango juice, 12-oz. can pineapple juice, 1 liter bottle of seltzer, 1 bottle white wine, fruit of your choice (pineapple or orange), ice.
Slice up the fruit. Pour all the ingredients into a serving pitcher and add ice. Stir and refrigerate so the flavors blend.
Frozen Fruit Twist
Ingredients: Diet lemon-lime oda, frozen strawberries, orange juice, ice.
Put ice in a glass with 2 frozen strawberries; add 1 or 2 tbsp. of orange juice, fill with diet lemon-lime soda.
Petite in Pink
Ingredients: 4 oz. VOGA Sparkling Wine, 2 oz. lemonade, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, splash of cranberry juice. Garnish: mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in cocktail glass filled with ice. Stir, and garnish with mint leaves.
Itsy Bitsy Bikini
Ingredients: 1 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, 1 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Coconut Vodka, 1 oz. diet lemon-lime soda, 3 oz. light cranberry juice. Garnish: shredded coconut.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a glass filled with ice, and top with shredded coconut.
Running in Rio
Ingredients: 2 oz. Leblon Cachaca, ¾ oz. agave nectar, 2 cucumber slices, ½ lime, cut into wedges, ½ in. jalapeño pepper, Garnish: cucumber slice.
Muddle lime, cucumber, jalapeño, and agave in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and cachaca. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
