Gorgeous actress Rachel Bison is the latest star to land on the cover of Women's Heath magazine October 2011 issue. The star gives us a glimpse of her personal life revealing her fitness habits, fashion preferences and even her love life.
Rachel Bilson graces the cover of well known diet and fitness magazine Women's Health which
has hit the newsstands on September 13. The star looks spectacular
in a body-hugging dark colored dress and sporting the same ombre hair color that has
made her a trendsetter just a while back.
Her recognition as a fashion icon is definitely something
the star can take pride in. In fact, by her own admissions, fashion
is one of her harmless "obsessions", particularly shoes: "I’m
obsessed" she mentions while revealing her love for Charlotte Olympia shoes.
“I love her colors and textures. I have these emerald-green ones
and a cool yellow raffia pair by her. They’re pumps, but I love
wedges too…”
Despite her great svelte silhouette, it appears that Rachel does
not obsess over hard fitness routine. Instead, she confesses that
she doesn't necessarily want to spend a lot of time in the gym:
“I’m not the kind to go to the gym.”
Nonetheless, she does not shun exercise altogether. She
credits her great shape to dancing and yoga: "Yoga is a great way
to relax and get your body toned."
Her lax attitude extends to food and happiness as well.
Unsurprisingly, she believes that being happy is a mandatory
condition for perfect health: “You should enjoy food and enjoy
life. Healthiness stems from being happy.” Amen to that.
The fact that she turned 30 last month on August 25 doesn't seem to
have altered her visibly optimistic view of life and she plans to
accept her age with maturity: 'Everyone tells you that things are
going to change, so I’m waiting for something to happen. Like I’m
going to grow another boob!” she jokingly says. 'But it is a
milestone. You’re coming into your own.”
She also expands a bit on her decision to get back to her boyfriend
Hayden Christensen and an encounter with a cute cow that changes
her decision of eating meat. "It approached me on the set of Hart
of Dixie,” she tells the magazine. “We had a mutual exchange.”
