The Victoria's Secret Angel married Hollywood stud Orlando Bloom last year and since then, the two have become proud parents of a baby boy, Flynn. However, the pounds accumulated during pregnancy seem to have melted away in only two months after giving birth, so Miranda looks fabulous and that keeps us wondering how does she do it?!
Well, apparently Miranda Kerr's secret to looking fabulous has
plenty to do with exercising, healthy dieting as well as
turning towards natural ingredients which can leave a positive
print over our skin and health, as Miranda proves.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan Australian, Miranda Kerr shares her beauty secrets and says that besides living a healthy life, coconut oil and noni juice help her look and feel amazing. Apparently, these two ingredients don't miss from her daily diet as Miranda tells the magazine:
“I've been drinking it (noni juice) since I was 14, and when I've got a long day ahead of me, it's the one thing I can't live without.”
A bottle of this delicious drink made out of Tahitian noni fruits is quite pricey, but apparently the drink delivers a high amount of antioxidants which increase the energy level as well as the immune system.
Also coconut oil, which is known for its health beneficial properties, is a regular in Miranda's diet. Coconut oil brings a variety of benefits including in hair care, skin care, stress relief, weight loss, digestion, metabolism, blood pressure and many more.
Miranda Kerr states that she uses coconut oil on a daily basis. She says: “I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea. I will not go a day without coconut oil.”
