Well I don't wear dresses of course (sigh!!), but I really think it's up to you. The weather in the fall changes a lot. One day it's warm and sunny and the next is cold and rainy. Nothing says you can't wear hose or tights one day and go barelegged the next. You can look great and tasteful either way. Oh, don't you love the colorful tights they're showing for this fall?

You can wear them when you want but when it's cold you should wear them. tights are really cute btdubs

I wear stockings all year around except during summer. I like to wear tights especially textured ones in the winter.

Is it enough if it rains for a few days and the weather is colder in the autumn to wear stockings with dresses or I should wait for the early winter days? Thanks for the answer....
