Personally I wouldnt do it, I would spice up some color with belts, shoes, hair pieces..ect. But if thats your type of style go for it! It could totally work if you got the right colors to go with each other.

Of course you can. Not so much in the summer, although white tights can look really cute with like a blue pleated skirt and navy pumps--very dressy. But they would probably be a little warm. But one fall comes, colorful tights will look awesome. Colors like orange can really dress up an outfit. Just treat tights like you would any other item of clothing. Pick colors that go with your skirts and dresses and be careful taking them off and on because they're fragile and can look icky is you get a run in them.
