Forever 21 and Mel have teamed up for a fab capsule collection. Footwear label Melissa and Karl Lagerfeld teamed up not long ago and it seems like its diffusion line, Mel is embarking in a similarly exciting project. This time, the focus is less on glamour and more on making a statement. The two brands will launch a few exciting style alternatives to match the spirit of the new season. In the true spirit of the two brands, the new offerings, are youthful, bright and incredibly eye-catching, not to mention super affordable.

The Forever 21 x Mel shoes are perfect for fashionistas who don't like to take things too seriously and see accessories as a way to change the vibe of an outfit rather than blending in with the crowd. Melissa’s U.S. CEO, Michele Levy stated that there plenty of similarities between the two brands: "Forever 21 is a great way for us to reach a wider audience with the right fashion credibility.
