Christian Louboutin definitely knows how to celebrate his successes with style and glamor. Thus, it comes as no surprise that the brand has chosen to mark this important event in its history using the same boundless creative spirit that has helped it become so well known. Aside from the more extensive shoe collection for the occasion, the designer has also included some of the most influential style cues that have been mesmerizing handbag loving fashionistas over the years.

Bold, edgy, colorful or feminine and glamorous, the handbags can definitely become a go-to statement accessory. The star of the collection is undoubtedly, however, the pill shaped handbag which has been adequately named the "Pill Popper". The designer took time to personally describe the handbags: “This capsule is a great way for me to revisit some designs that I’ve been really in love with,” he told InStyle. “There is a lot of body language explained by the shoulder, so I wanted to put accent on the shoulder.”

The city of love, Paris, has also proved a fruitful source of inspiration for the designer: “I wanted it to express a Paris that everyone falls in love with", he admitted. Mission accomplished , as it is virtually impossible not to fall in love with the dramatic yet oh-so-classy pieces that make up this capsule collection. The collection is set to be launched in March in stores worldwide, while the online shopping option is set to be launched later this month.
