Opulent vibes and a few trendy touches which managed to give off a fabulous modern allure that was immediately apparent. It was immediately apparent, that this wouldn't be a literal throwback to the past glorious era of rock and it didn't aim towards perfection.

The designer told Vogue.com that: “Punk was the last movement that really combined music, style, and attitude, and I wanted to translate that for today. It’s elegant and glamorous, but it’s not perfect, because, you know, women can’t always be perfect”. The Versace fall 2013 collection brought exotic prints back into the spotlight, with fabulous accents of fur and even vinyl. A few fetishistic vibes with a subversive allure could also be spotted. The abstract appeal of geometric motifs wasn't completely left aside as the brand used it to make its daring designs classy and appealing to a wider audience.
