So, with the Parisian chicness as main source of inspiration, the latest Skin and Threads collection is filled with pieces that can add a special je ne sais quoi to our dressing. Oh, and those sweaters! Want one so bad! “Paris is a constant source of inspiration. The French have an incredible ability to ‘put themselves together’ and yet not look like they’ve tried,” the designer says.
The Skin and Threads 'From the Outside' fall/winter 2013 collection includes wearable, comfortable and chic pieces that will keep you both cozy and stylish throughout the cold season. From outerwear and knits to skirts and old-faithful denim items, the line has you covered. The color palette includes easy-to-mix-and-match hues such as navy blue, olive, mustard, raspberry, milk, black, gray, as well as citrus, charcoal, teal, and dirty pink. Love 'em all!
There are cotton cable sweaters, cashmere boyfriend sweaters, half front, baseball and panel sleeve tees, zipper cardigans, silk tanks, collared panel pullovers, stretch denim skirts, skinny leg cords, straight leg denim jeans, merino leggings, silk pants, check scarves, collarless coats and biker jackets, brogues. According to the label's designer the key wardrobe staples from the collection will be the “Twisted front sweater or the Wool Cashmere Collarless Coat.”
