Naeem Khan Fall 2013 Collection New York Fashion Week

The Naeem Khan fall 2013 collection puts on full display the hard-to-match craftsmanship the designer is known for as each and every piece displayed in the show oozed sophistication and refinement. Inspired by different periods in time in which fashion was all about exquisite details, the vintage-vibe collection got everyone gasping for air as soon as the models started to parade the designs down the runway as their beauty was indeed breathtaking!

Although past trends stood at the base of the collection, Mr. Khan infused some contemporary sexiness into the majority of the designs, seductiveness underlined through bold cut-outs, mesh insertions and skin revealing cuts. However, this youthful approach to style from the Naeem Khan fall 2013 collection didn't seem at any point vulgar, meaning the fusion of glamor, sophistication and sexiness didn't tip the scale neither towards somberness or vulgarity, but maintained a perfect balance worthy of the highest raves!

Setting the tone for the Naeem Khan fall 2013 collection was a gorgeous floor-length gown displaying intricate Byzantine Empire-style embellished fabric bands placed strategically around the neckline, the sleeves and the waist. To take away the somberness of the long short sleeve dress, Naeem Khan introduced a sexy front and center slit in both the lower and upper part of the dress which looked oh-so-feminine!

The collection went on to unveil an array of dress designs ranging from classic midis to A-line, tunic dresses, capes and one shoulder gowns, all featuring the same level of glamor. The most exquisite fabrics were mixed and embellished to perfection and the result was pure glamor overload!

Now, although the collection was mainly focused on paying tribute to the almighty dress, stylish separates that didn't really cover the daywear attire niche were also introduced in the Naeem Khan fall 2013 collection. A stylish metallic print trench paired with straight cut trousers and a lovely pant suit featuring embellished lining on the blazer were the only two designs that had a more day appropriate allure, but the lack of casual garments was heavily compensated by the extravagant gowns that would bring even the harshest critiques to their knees, so dare to browse through the collection and observe closely the mastery of Naeem Khan!
