Cutesy alert everyone! Ah, our hearts go pitter-pat when seeing
these uber-lovely and flirty goodies! Yes, gorgeous dolls, it's
time for all-things-chic and girly! Check out Lauren Conrad's
Paper Crown spring 2013 lookbook and you'll immediately understand
what we're talking about. Feminine yet with a special playful
flare, the collection features an array of elements that makes us
wish summer would hurry up. Until sunny days arrive, we'll just
hunt the hottest pieces available in stores.
So, are you girls ready to have some fun pulling off to-die-for
ensembles? We definitely are! Therefore, we took a sneak peek at
Lauren Conrad's line and got our eyes on a few stunners that will
undoubtedly spice up our wardrobes.
Romantic with an elegant aesthetic, Paper Crown is composed of
painfully adorable and versatile conversation-starters guaranteeing
to add a youthful and feminine touch to our warm-weather combos.
Imagine a zillion of cute details and silhouettes, so perfect for
sunny days. There are asymmetrical and romantic maxi dresses,
ultra-pretty and elegant skirts, floaty blouses, sequined tops,
cool sweaters and jackets, chic blazers, shorts, pants and
leggings, and many more.
Besides the lovely detailing, Lauren Conrad's Paper Crown spring
2013 collection includes some nautical-inspired elements such as
stripes, sailboat prints and navy blues. The color palette also
features champagne, rose, coral, peach, mint and indigo. Oh, and
let's not forget those beautiful lace items adding a flirty and
sexy feel! The pieces are modern and seem to reflect Lauren's
personal style. But who inspires her? Does Lauren have any fashion
icons?
“There’s not one person that I say I want to look like. When we’re
pulling up photos for inspiration, we tend to pull photos from
years and years ago. We’re more likely to pull a photo of Audrey
Hepburn and Brigitte Bardot as opposed to something off a website
from today,” Lauren told stylecaster.com.
On her future plans, Lauren said in an interview with the
Huffington Post that, “I continue writing, designing for LC Lauren
Conrad for Kohls and Paper Crown, and also running my website,
LaurenConrad.com. I am also really proud of my sustainable bag
line called XO(eco). It's a combo of really cute beauty and
lunch bags that are also good for the planet!”
