Jennifer Lopez was named the new face of TOUS jewelry for the brand's Spring 2011 advertising campaign. The American Idol judge has already made the photos for the campaign, yet just one behind-the-scenes image was released featuring the starlet, designer Rosa Tous and one of her daughters.
Gorgeous and talented Jennifer Lopez is the new face of
the TOUS jewelry for the label's spring/summer 2011 campaign. Known
for her passion for jewelry, the 41-year-old beauty will appear in
the brand's ads and she is extremely thrilled about her new
collaboration. "This is my favorite bear. You know, all girls love
diamonds," Jennifer says.
The campaign, made by Ellen Von Unwerth, features Jennifer Lopez
wearing the dreamy designs of Rosa Tous and her husband Salvador
Tous. Still, since the entire ad campaign is set to be released on
April 1, one behind-the-scenes image was revealed starring the
American Idol judge, designer Rosa Tous and one of her
daughters.
It seems that the campaign will have a playful, feminine touch, and
the representatives of the Spanish brand are utterly excited by the
choice they made. Rosa Tous declared that, "We are absolutely
delighted to have the iconic Jennifer Lopez be the face of TOUS’
Spring campaign."
Besides, Salvador Tous, Honorific President of TOUS and Rosa's
husband, added that, "Jennifer is not just an amazingly beautiful
woman, but also a talented actress, musician and dancer sharing
with us strong family values as we are a family-owned business. We
are confident that Jennifer Lopez will be a great spokesperson as
she is genuine and endlessly charismatic; a great illustration of
our brand."
Jennifer Lopez seems to pass through a prolific period lately,
professionally speaking. She made a strong come back in music with
her new single 'On the Floor' and she is an American idol judge.
Moreover, she was also announced as the first-ever Global Brand
Ambassador for Gillette Venus and the face of L'Oréal
Paris.
Aside these projects, Lopez stars in Gucci's childrenswear campaign
with her twins, Max and Emme. Besides, in November last year, she
and husband Marc Anthony announced the launch of their lifestyle brand
for Kohl's Department stores.
