Your monthly dose of boho chicness has arrived. Free People has traveled to South Africa for its August 2012 catalog to better put their uber covetable goodies on the spotlight. Check out the new offerings.
When it comes to Free People, we have grown
only to expect a variety of creative lookbooks, catalogs and
campaigns with a breath-taking scenery or, at the very least, an
unexpected theme. The label has never let us down and has taken the
challenge of always surprising us with grace and imagination. If
earlier this year we got the chance to spot some adorable Vietnam
inspired ensembles, this time the label takes us to Africa for
another set of gorgeous ensembles worth drawing inspiration
from.
Model Jessica Miller looks completely relaxed, uber confident and
ready for adventure in the newest catalog lensed by Guy Aroch. With
rich tones, creative textures and imaginative combos which create
contrasts where they are most needed, the label impresses once
again while also easing the transition towards fall outfits in the
process. Complexity shouldn't be feared, even though we're talking
about boho chic ensembles as it can provide a fabulous overall
impression.
Tribal prints, ponchos, airy skirts or body con dresses, gorgeous
jewelry...there are so many pretty pieces it's hard to know where
to draw the line as far as what the most covetable pieces and style
elements are. The sudden yet totally harmonious pops of color, the
gorgeous yet inconspicuous denim on denim look or the covetable
accessories along with the overall utilitarian perspective are
certainly inspiring. Start making your fall must have list now:
you'll certainly have trouble narrowing it down later on with the
multitude of fabulous pieces already available.
An unexpected perk, if the gorgeous bracelets from the last image
have excited your immagination, is that you'll be able to do good
while having your fashion fix. Free People joined forces with
Relate Trust, a not-for-profit social enterprise, to create
one-of-a-kind beaded bracelets for a humanitarian cause. The sale
of each bracelet contributes one dollar to the ‘United Against
Malaria’ campaign to offer life-saving mosquito nets and treatments
in malaria-endemic regions throughout Africa.
