Another exciting designer-retailer collaboration is heading our way. Minimalism lovers will soon get the chance to enjoy Francisco Costa's lovely minimalist perspective at a much more affordable price compared to the usual Calvin Klein price point. Get a sneak peek of the upcoming offerings next.
Minimalist fashion lovers, rejoice! Getting for favorite pieces
without making a big dent in your budget will soon become a
convenient option. The Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein for Macy's
capsule collection fashionstas first found out about in April will
soon hit the stores and the first photos have already emerged
giving everyone the chance to indulge in uber versatile options for
this summer. As expected, the designer's love for minimalism is
beautifully reflected in an array of feminine alternatives.
The designer took inspiration from architecture and highlighted the
beauty of his native country, Brazil. In fact, his collection is
part of Macy's ,"A Magical Journey to Brazil", a project which
aims to emphasize Brazil's incredible natural beauty and the
irresistible appeal which put the designer in an extremely
comfortable creative zone. As a matter of fact, even the model
selected for the collection, Izabel Goulart, is from Brazil,
so the perspective that influenced the campaign becomes crystal
clear.
The designer described his capsule collection as being 'fresh'
and 'youthful': “I am excited and proud to participate in Macy’s
special campaign highlighting my native Brazil. This fresh,
youthful line of dresses reflects both my roots and the modern, yet
timeless spirit of Calvin Klein”, he stated in a press release. A
variety of classy dresses of varying length and a strong urban vibe
highlight the feminine perspective of the designer and his approach
as far as celebrating femininity goes.
The extremely noticeable focus on classiness makes the newest
offerings extremely suitable for work. The color palette is well
defined and focuses extensively on neutrals with a few color dashes
in between which make chicness and functionality almost automatic
providing a multitude of mixing and matching options. The newest
capsule collection is going to be available in 80 Macy's stores
nationwide and online starting with May 15. The price range for the
pieces is set between $135 and $180, depending on the desired
piece.
