Chanel is an symbolic name in the fashion industry, and the label
proved once again why through its spring 2012 fashion collection
unveiled at Paris Fashion Week on October
4th. People who arrived at Grand Palais at Paris to be the first to
take a peek at Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel fashion collection didn't
leave disappointed as more that 80 amazing designs strolled down
the podium and enchanted the public with amazing craftsmanship and
elegant details.
Very diverse and filled with classics that define Chanel, the spring 2012 fashion
collection looks magical. The collection was introduced through the
classic Chanel suits that were given a boost of modernism and
seductiveness through detailing. The perfectly tailored jackets,
classic or bolder, military inspired, paired with the classic
Chanel knee length dress, skirt or stylish shorts looked fabulous
and definitely super chic.
Flirty feminine details such as ruffles and stylish oversized
ribbons emphasized the fun and happy style of the collection while
still maintaining a high dose of classicism and sophistication.
Other amazing details such as stylish black lines forming random
angles, pearls adorned and glittery sequins which looked like
inspired by fish scales deepened the sophistication allure of the
collection, sophistication that doesn't go to extremes and that is
a characteristic of Chanel.
Lovely from first piece to the last, the collection is definitely
worth your attention, especially if you're a fan of timeless
classic pieces that will never fail!
