The little black dress was first introduced by Coco Chanel in 1920 and it became one of the most popular choices until today. Fashion changes every year, clothes are coming and going out of style but the little black dress remains a favorite choice of until today. It seams that the little black dress or LBD is here to stay forever.
The little black dress or LBD is a simple evening or cocktail
dress, usually cut under or above the knee. It is considered a must
have in a woman's wardrobe because of it's classy look, simplicity
and elegance.
The little black dress comes in a variety of designs, shapes and
sizes to fit everyone's taste and body shapes. They can be simple,
strapless, with one shoulder, tight around the waist and looser
around the thighs, tight all over or tight around the bust. The
fabric that they are made of varies, depending on the designers
choice and season.

The little black dress is easy to wear and accessorize. It can be
warn simple, with a short jacket on top, with a shawl, a pair of
sandals or high heals.
The hair can be styled in a bun, a chignon, in a pony or left just
as it is, straight, wavy or curly. A pair or nice earrings and a
clutch purse is all you need to complete this look.
If you don't know what to wear to a cocktail, a class reunion or
any other special event go for the little black dress.
It will make you look elegant and dressed with good taste so there
is no way you can get it wrong. It doesn't matter if you are
wearing a designer or a LBD you found in a cheaper store, if it
looks good and it's flattering for you, you will look great.
Just picture a nice simple above the knee LBD with an open back, a
pair of nice dangling earrings, your hair pulled back into a pony
or a bun, a simple black clutch purse and a pair of black with red
sole Christian Louboutin high heels. Very chic, isn't it?
