Boy oh boy, these stunners are seriously jaw-dropping! Have a nosey at the newest Spell and the Gypsy Collective 'Cool on Your Island' lookbook and see it for yourself!

Okay, so now we are really hooked! Or, under a mysterious spell!!! Well, just have a nosey at the latest Spell 'Cool on Your Island' lookbook and you'll be irremediably bewitched! Gorgeous sisters Elizabeth and Isabella bring once again an array of to-die-for creations that seem like coming from another world. And since we heart the collection so much, we had to share it with you as well.

Photographed by Beck Rocchi in Bali, Shayna Lamb rocks some pretty impressive, jaw-dropping goodies from Spell's collection. "When we're designing in Bali we're in full 'creative mode' - our villa usually looks like a turquoise and leather bomb has exploded, and everywhere we go you can't help but think 'what if I paired this with that - and then added some of these... and I wonder if I can find someone to carve this for me...and oh my goodness... look at this vintage tribal fabric...!' haha - we're usually in inspiration overload," Elizabeth and Isabella wrote on their blog.

Sisters Elizabeth and Isabella Briedis confess that they have been captivated by the feeling created when you combine feathers, leather and turquoise for as long as they can remember. The result? Well, you can easily see it for yourselves as their fabulous creations speak louder than words. The girls' main source of inspiration?
"For some reason we keep turning to imagery from California, South West America and New Mexico for our inspiration – my dad always mused that he was an American trapped in an Australian body - maybe he passed that down to us. That said we’re inspired by our home town of Byron Bay every day – there’s a really strong feminine creative energy all around us," Elizabeth said in an interview.

Speaking about their journey so far, she said that, "It’s been a long and winding road to where we are now! My sister Isabella and I, fell into jewellery randomly when she was given a jewellery making kit by an old boyfriend’s dad 10 years ago, and for her it grew from there. She turned her wardrobe into a makeshift design studio and designed day and night. I quit my career as a film editor two years ago and moved to Byron Bay to go into business together. It’s been a whirlwind ever since."

As they enjoy their amazing success, the sisters have converted their Byron Bay design studio into their flagship boutique. The two work there, channelling their inner gypsy spirits and creating all kind of adornments.
Dresses, shorts, kimonos, cardigans, studded tees, crop bras, coats and jackets, skirts, but also cuffs and bracelets, earrings, necklaces, earrings, belts, scarves, headbands... You can find a parade of lust-worthy pieces in Spell's collection. Check out the brand's 'Cool on Your Island' and draw a little inspiration!

On working with her sister, Elizabeth said that, "We both bring our different strengths to the business. Spell is definitely your classic untamed creative, and I have more of a business head. We balance each other out beautifully - and being sisters means we just have this unspoken trust between us. We used to spend long days in the design studio, chatting and laughing all day, having coffee debriefs after big weekends, listening to Fleetwood Mac while we fossick away making jewellery. These days however, since Spell had little Texas, things are much more hectic and time in the studio is precious."
