Lauren Conrad keeps herself extremely busy these days and launches a new collection. Well, this time we are talking about a more special, eco-friendly line. The 26-year-old designer teamed up with Austin-based company Blue Avocado in order to release XO(eco), a range of 20 cute pouches made from recycled plastic bottle fabric powered by REPREVE® fibers which are designed to reduce waste and conserve natural resources.

"I’m especially thrilled about this line because it proves that going eco isn’t impossible. By making small changes you can actually do good. For instance, instead of packing your beauty goodies into a single use plastic baggie, you can stow everything away in a reusable, washable bag that’s as chic as it is green," Lauren says.
"This concept extends to almost every aspect of your daily life — packing away purchases into a reusable shopper, using an eco-friendly java sleeve, coffee mug or water bottle…the list goes on."

The XO(eco) line includes some seriously stylish goodies such as cosmetics bags, shopping carryalls, and lunch totes. These pieces come in two designs, a black-and-cream "tuxedo stripe" and a mint-and-pink "bird on a wire" print.
