Fashion director at large of Vogue Nippon, Anna Dello Russo, partnered with Swedish retailer H&M in order to create a collection of stunning accessories. Packed full with jewelry, sunglasses, shoes and bags, the extravagant line will be available in 140 H&M stores worldwide starting October 4.
Okay all you fashion addicts out there! Get ready for a special
collaboration resulting into a super-fab line full of killer
goodies! This time, Anna Dello Russo, the famous Italian-born
fashion director at large of Vogue Nippon, teamed up with the
renowned Swedish retailer H&M in order to create a
collection of glam accessories. From precious jewelry and cool
sunglasses to covetable shoes and bags, everything seems to
beautifully echo Anna's unique style.
"I am excited by this collaboration: this is the first time H&M
involves a Fashion Director in a special project. This is the sign
of an important evolution in fashion, and I am both thrilled and
humbled to be the one chosen to lead it," Dello Russo said in a
statement from H&M. As for the collection, she added that, "I
wanted to create precious accessories that are impossible to find.
As a stylist I know accessorization is essential: it is the
personal touch to any outfit. With these pieces everybody can have
fun, turning an ordinary day into a fantastic fashion day."
"It’s been extremely exciting to involve Anna Dello Russo in
this project, something completely different from what we have done
before. Anna has a fantastic eye and a strong taste, apart from
being a veritable fashion icon. She produced an extravagant range
of accessories that will get H&M customers and everyone in love
with fashion excited. The collection is a celebration of excess,
fantasy and decoration," says Margareta van den Bosch, Creative
Advisor at H&M.
According to a press release, the collection, that includes
"jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, bags and trolley - all designed so
H&M customers can acquire unique style at an affordable price",
will be available in 140 H&M stores worldwide starting October
4. Until then, we can take a sneak peek at some of the beauties in
this line and watch this video where Anna shows us her
oh-so-stylish home. Enjoy!
