The Kardashian sisters are spreading their empire to the UK with a fashion launch, a cool photo session and an interview with Cosmopolitan UK December 2012. Check out excerpts of their interview!
The Kardashians are preparing to conquer the UK as after their
Kardashian Kollection launch at Dorothy Perkins, the sisters are
taking over Cosmopolitan's December 2012 issue. In their interview,
you can read about numerous subjects including beauty, Kim's
relationship with Kanye West, confidence, being compared to each
other and more.
The reality TV stars have been constantly developing their empire
and it seems that they're not planning to stop soon, on the
contrary, they're promoting themselves across the ocean through
fashion launches, as the trio just unveiled their Kardashian
Kollection for Dorothy Perkins and through editorials.
In the December 2012 issue of Cosmopolitan, where the sisters
looked as glamorous as ever, Khloe opens up and reveals that living
under the spotlight isn't as easy especially since people have been
targeting her for her weight. As far as this touchy subject goes,
Khloe revealed that:
“It isn’t easy. My weight fluctuates, like any normal girl, and I
have times when I feel insecure. So if I come under scrutiny at one
of those times, then I might get really down on myself. But the
next day, I might be like, 'Oh, f$%k off, I’m so much better than
that'. I have moments of weakness, but mostly I brush the criticism
off… Who cares if I’m not a size zero? I don’t want to be. I love
my body; I’m healthy, I work out. But I also enjoy life… the more
scrutiny I am under, the more confident I become. I am who I am. I
can’t do anything about it, and I love who I am.”
Apparently, Khloe guides herself after the motto "what doesn't
kill you makes you stronger", but Kim has a more realistic
confidence booster, Kanye. According to Kim Kardashian,
Kanye showers her with compliments which makes her feel great in
her skin. "My boyfriend… he’s great at boosting my confidence. He
gives me compliments in every way possible", Kim said. Kim oozes
confidence and she knows that this is the key to success among
others, so she's going to focus on building the confidence of her
niece and her future children as the reality TV star said that:
“It’s amazing. I want to teach my future daughters – and Penelope
[Kourtney’s four-month-old] – that confidence is everything. I
don’t mean cockiness; just being sure of yourself.”
Apparently, Khloe Kardashian wasn't always as confident as she
confesses that she remembers high school and thinks “if only I had
the confidence back then that I have now", but there's one
Kardashian that doesn't seem to have this problem: Kylie.
"I think our sister Kylie [16] has such confidence; it’s just
amazing", said Kourtney, while Kim jumped in to say:
“She’s such an old soul. I’ve been going to her for relationship
advice for years. She has always steered me in the right direction
since she was about 12. She would be like, ‘OK, do not call
him'.”
As far as their beauty secrets go, the sisters weren't shy to gush
on their well guarded tricks and apparently Kim's secret to looking
amazing during the day are sunglasses. "Big sunglasses. You can
have no makeup on, but a cute outfit that just looks effortless,
then put on some big shades and you’re good to go", Kim tells
Cosmopolitan.
Kourtney's beauty secret has to do with chic hair and fab skin and
she gets that by "putting my hair up into a little bun – that
always makes me feel put together. I also spray my face with rose
water. It makes me feel clean and fresh, even if I’m sweaty and
gross".
Little sis, Khloe, says that bright lips and messy hair are her
beauty boosting faves, so take their advice into account next time
