The tension following Halle Berry's intention to move with daughter Nahla to France led to a brawl between Halle's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry and her fiancé Olivier Martinez!
The feud between Halle Berry and her baby
daddy Gabriel Aubry seems to have reached an all time high as it
was revealed the actress's fiance Olivier Martinez and Gabriel
Aubry got into a brawl on Thanksgiving, which ended with
hospitalization for the both.
Apparently, after Halle lost the battle in court in which she
requested permission to move with her daughter Nahla across
continents, straight to France, tension ran high, so when Gabriel
came to drop his daughter at Halle Berry's house on Thanksgiving,
all hell broke loose.

According to TMZ, Olivier walked up to Gabriel and told him that
"we have to move on", at which point Gabriel pushed Olivier and
then threw a punch at his face. The French actor retaliated and
punched him in the face right before pinning him to the ground and
making a citizen's arrest for battery. Other details of the
argument are still unknown as the two were reportedly arguing in
French.
It is still unknown if 4½ year old Nahla witnessed the brawl, but
rumors have it Halle rushed the child inside the house as soon as
things began to spiral out of control.
According to the publication, both men needed medical attention,
but it was Gabriel (who is rumored to have been knocked out by
Olivier) who suffered the most from the altercation as it's been
reported that he suffered a broken rib, contusions to his face and
possible head injuries. Olivier Martinez is said to have possibly
suffered a broken hand and neck injuries.
Police escorted Gabriel to the ER and then took him into custody,
setting bail at $20,000. Gabriel Aubry, who already made bail, was
also slapped with an emergency protective order which requires him
to stay 100 yards away from Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry and his
daughter Nahla.
Do you think Gabriel Aubry should lose custody of Nahla?
