Miranda Kerr Gives Birth to a Baby Boy

The uber-hot Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr married to "Pirates of the Caribbean" superstar Orlando Bloom has given birth to a healthy baby boy in January 2011. Get the details!

The oh-so-popular Victoria's Secret Angel and one of the hottest Aussie fashion models Miranda Kerr gave birth to a baby boy on Friday, January 7th , 2011 at an L.A. hospital. The news brought smiles on everyone's faces especially friends and family, as this new family member was highly expected. The family of the hottie Aussie flew down from Australia in December to be with her in one of the most memorable moments of a family's life.

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom, the hot stud from the hit movies “Pirates of the Caribbean” are in a fabulous stable relationship since 2007. They started dating six months after they met backstage at a Victoria's Secret fashion show. The two make a lovely couple, so no wonder they decided to tie the knot in a secret wedding ceremony in July. The pregnancy announcement came soon after, in August and it was quite a shock for some as Miranda Kerr's career was blooming.

Miranda became aware of her pregnancy while shooting for a fashion campaign in Paris, France, after she experienced weeks of nausea and morning sickness. These early signs of pregnancy seem to have made their presence felt and triggered an alarm which led to the discovery of the pleasant surprise that she was going to become a mom.

Pregnancy scares most women, but not Miranda as according to her catwalk friends Miranda was very excited and talked about her pregnancy all the time. To show her confidence and fabulous pregnant body, Miranda decided to pose in a pictorial for Vogue Australia, January 2011 issue. She looked absolutely stunning and more than comfortable in her own skin.

Miranda loves family life, so she reportedly said that family is life for her and the decision to start her own family was not at all complex. She also stated that although she has a wonderful career, she wants to dedicate herself to motherhood after her child is born, so we are waiting to see if things go according to her plans as she just gave birth to a baby boy.
All that we can say now is Congratulations! And we just can't wait to see who the baby looks like.
