Kim Kardashian has had enough of the rumors that claimed her marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries was fake and just for business, as she decided to defend her marriage publicly by dismissing all these claims. Find out what Kim had to say!
It seems hat the rumors circulating the media with regards to her 72 day marriage as being a business move, have finally got to reality TV diva Kim Kardashian, as she has decided to fire back dismissing these rumors once and for all. The media frenzy surrounding Kim Kardashian's 'Fairytale Wedding' has been rumored to have triggered a massive cash increase in Kim Kardashian's budget, about $17 million but the Kardashians have denied these rumors on several occasions.
Kim's 'Fairytale Wedding' was far from being a fairytale as it
ended just 72 days after the highly mediated event, and this
triggered a massive scandal, with claims the diva had staged her
wedding and even her wedding proposal, cataloging the wedding as a
simple business plan. However, after months of speculations
surrounding the subject, Kim seems to have had enough as she
decided to fire back at critiques while being invited as Kelly
Ripa's co-host on Live! With Kelly. Kim Kardashian said on the show
on Monday, January 23rd, 2012, that:
“If you really think about it, if [the marriage] was a business
decision, and I really made all that money that everyone was
claiming that we made off this wedding, and if the wedding was fake
and just for TV … I'm a smart business woman. I would have stayed
married longer. This was a bad business decision. If you really
think about it, it doesn't make sense that everyone says that. I
didn't really think that following my heart would create this much
backlash.”
Kim Kardashian stated that she thought she would manage to follow
the steps of her mother who married Bruce after 5 months and
managed to live happily married for 20 years and Khloe and Lamar's
steps who married just one month after they started dating and
their marriage is going great for three years now. Kim calls
herself a 'hopeless romantic' and wants to have kids and a family
but if things don't feel right, why wait a few years and have the
same result come-up.
Kim also talked about Seal and Heidi Klum's
divorce and stated that before she went through a divorce
she was more judgmental, but after what happened to her, she is now
trying to think whenever she sees someone divorce that 'you don't
know what they are going through'.
Do you think that Kim is just trying to 're-polish' her image by
dismissing the claims of her marriage being fake or is she
sincere?
