Pop diva Katy Perry is ready to give you a backstage
pass in the much anticipated 'Part of Me' (3D)documentary. See
below the glittery glam and extremely colorful image which shows
Katy as a rising diva. The movie reveals exciting new details about
the “Teenage Dream” tour.
In an earlier interview to MTV, the pop songstress stated that
“This film, you’re going to see it from my best friend/ buddy
perspective, you’re going to see exactly what I mean and feel and
think about everything,[...] That tour was so life-changing to me.
I learned so much, I went through so much along the way". The movie
was created by the same crew that produced Justin Bieber's “Never
Say Never” documentary, Jane Lisitz and Dan Cutforth. The team
guarantees you a mesmerizing visual experience.
The poster was revealed on Twitter with the following message,
“So happy to share with you the official #KP3D movie poster...from
a hairbrush to a headliner...get ready, JULY 5TH!”.
Katy also decided to add a message or motto to the campaign which
promotes the movie, “Be yourself and you can be anything”.
Moreover, the team of Katy Perry also created a contest for fans.
The rules said that the first people who managed to put together
the image of the poster from puzzle pieces would be granted with
the chance of seeing their Twitter handles in the closing credits
of the movie. In the documentary fans have the opportunity to find
out more about the religious childhood years of Katy and her life
after breaking up with Russell Brand.
Katy also told MTV that, “I'm not necessarily trying to prove
anything to anyone, but not only will people really hands-down know
me after they see this film, but you'll see me as the Dorothy
wearing the red ruby slipper and at the end of it all I'm the
[Wizard of] Oz as well.”
